About Woodcreek POA
The WPOA Board is a volunteer organization that provides amenities and services for our property owners that enhance property values.
We have rebuilt the park and expanded it, we now have three gazebos for picnics with tables, a half basketball court, a tether ball, gaga ball pit, a horseshoe pit, play-scapes for several age groups of our children and/or grandchildren, a bocchi ball court, a bark park across the road, and a disc golf course.

I have lived in Wimberley since 1978, in Woodcreek North since 1982.
My wife Fran and I have 3 children and 11 grandchildren. I have served on the WPOA board since 2021.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**
Hays County is actively undertaking the Jacob’s Well Road Curve Improvement Project to enhance safety and alignment on the roadway.
Scope of Work: Realignment of the existing two-lane facility, building two 11-foot travel lanes, two 4-foot shoulders, driveways, drainage improvements, pavement markings, signage, and permanent vegetation.
Timeline: Construction is underway and anticipated to be completed in Winter 2027, weather permitting.
Impact: Drivers should expect local delays and plan for extra travel time while crews are working.
