The Woodcreek Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a function of the Board of Directors of the Woodcreek Property Owners Association (WPOA) and is governed through the by-laws of the WPOA, a non-profit corporation of Hays County, Texas.
The mission of the Woodcreek ACC is to apply and enforce a clear, fair and consistent policy of Architectural Control that lends credibility and integrity to the WPOA values of all lot owners in Woodcreek by enforcing the Reservations, Restrictions and Covenants of each numbered or named section within the subdivision. Enforcement includes monitoring violations of the general or special restrictions, and granting or denying new construction or remodeling permits based on the quality of construction, the quality of materials, and all building measurement requirements.
The Woodcreek ACC comes by its authority through Section II, Architectural Control, and Section VII, Transfer of the Functions of the Developer written in the Reservations, Restrictions and Covenants of each section in Woodcreek. (See deed restrictions for each section or village). The functions of the Developers in Woodcreek were transferred to the WPOA on June 30, 1987 as recorded in Vol. 820, Page 494-507 in the Hays County Clerk’s office.
