Before making any road cuts or trenching along roadways you are required to contact both the Hays County Road Department and the Woodcreek Property Owners Association. Some of the roads in Woodcreek North and Eaglerock are now maintained by Hays County. Some of the roads are still the property of Woodcreek Property Owners Association of Hays County, inc.
