Discussion and possible action to approve minutes from November12, 2014 meeting. (Welsh)
1. Inapplicability of Texas Governmental Open Meetings Act to WPOA.(Scudder)
2. Litigation/Lawsuit Committee Report.(Scudder)
3. Discusion and Possible action to limit financial liability with Attorney Bill Davis for non-billing since his retention on February 2014 and pay no billing that is more than 60 days old.(Sumter)
4. Discussion and Possible Action to accept the Order of Dismissal with Predudice dated November 7, 2014 for Mutual Releases between the WPOA/Individual Board Members and Sue Csejka, Janelle Delaney, Merry Merian, Diane Purcell, Glynn Schanen and Elizabeth Sumter- the 6 individuals suing Wimberley Springs Partners-Claim #965599801.
5. Disscussion and Possible action on various parks projects for 2015.(Jones)
