About the POA
The current WPOA board consists of seven members from within our neighborhood communities.
Each board term is for three years.
We are a volunteer board that meets every other month. For more information on our meetings, please see our meeting schedule below.

Meet the Board
Gene Massey, President
Gene Massey has lived in Wimberley since 1978 and in Woodcreek North since 1982. My wife Fran and I have 3 children and 11 grandchildren. Gene Massey is a retired computer programmer and has served on the WPOA Board since 2021.
Sue Carrara, Vice President
Sue Carrara has proudly served the Woodcreek North Property Owners Association for the past 4½ years, holding the positions of Secretary, Vice President, President, and Director. Throughout her service, she has remained committed to representing the interests of the community and working to enhance the quality of life for all Woodcreek North residents.
Letha Little, Treasurer
Letha Little joined the board in 2021 as a director and roads committee volunteer. She is currently serving her 2nd year as treasurer on the board. Letha and her husband moved to Wimberley in 2019. Letha’s goal as a WPOA member is to help solve concerns in our community.
Mark Mitchell, Secretary
Mark and his family moved to Wimberley in the spring of 2024, and he began serving on the Board that fall. He’s currently in the role of secretary and also responsible for communications. He’s committed to helping shape the residents’ vision and fostering a more integrated community.
Jacob Booth, Special Events & Neighborhood Cleanup
Jacob Booth joined the board in 2026. He is a sales professional that enjoys the outdoors in his free time. Jacob is a Wimberley born resident that has spent most of his life in central Texas and loves the hill country. He joined the board wanting to invest in giving back to his community and as an opportunity for personal growth.
Joe Smith, Road & Repairs Committee
Joe Smith joined the WPOA board in 2024 with the goal of seeing wise decisions made for our community. He works for the Great Voice Company as an instructor, provides voice-over, and serves as the Voice of the Texans, supplying public address for the Wimberley Texans. Joe’s family moved to Wimberley in 2010, buying their Woodcreek North home in 2013.
Brandi Amara Skyy, Comms & Welcome Wagon
Brandi Amara Skyy joined the board in 2026. She is an author, book coach, and web designer (she designed this site!). Brandi moved to Wimberley in 2022 with her wife and rescue dog, June. Her mission as a WPOA board member is to be a voice for the POA residents at every board meeting.
