Overflow Caused by Diversion of Water

Dear Property Owners, During the last hard rain, streets and structures were flooded where once existed drainage that helped prevent flooding. Some streets have ditches or easements to drain water.  Some ditches or easements have been filled with landscaping material such as decorative rocks, berms, soil or other elements that hamper or change the flow of water and divert water into neighboring property or onto streets by obstructing or filling what had been a functional drainage system. 2018 Road Report for Woodcreek North

December  2018 Message from the WPOA Road Chairman. I am sending a report for posting on the WCN website for property owners in Woodcreek North Subdivision. If you are unsure if you live in WCN, there is a map on the WCN website that shows the boundaries of the two intermingled subdivisions, Woodcreek North and Wimberly Springs. Our subdivision is quickly filling in as new houses are built.
