MINUTES
President Scudder called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Attendees: Victoria Welsh, Kemp Bromberg, Dottie Sweeton, Judy Fountain, Emory Jones, Chris Scudder
Absent: Matt Lowry, Charles Crook, DuAnne Redus
Approval of Agenda was motioned by Merry Merian; seconded by Kemp Bromberg. Passed by consensus.
Dottie Sweeton motioned to approve minutes from August 8, 2015. Mary Thigpen seconded. Passed by consensus.
President Report (Scudder)
- Discussion and possible action to appoint a WPOA Board Liaison to represent homeowners with WSP. (Welsh) – No Action Taken
- Report on Time Warner Cable possibilities. (Kemp Bromberg)
- Discussion and possible action to elect open Board position.
Nominations Committee – Judy Fountain
Board Nominations – Chris Scudder, Dottie Sweeton, Katresa Ray
No nominations from the floor.
Chris Scudder proposes to accept the nominees without having an election. Man from the floor (unknown name) motioned, Mary Thigpen seconded. Passed by consensus.

Questions from the floor:
Wayne Baumgartner would like to see a dog park in the neighborhood.
Wayne Baumgartner inquired as to whether he would be trespassing if he were to walk his dog on the golf course – Chris Scudder “Yes”.
Kemp Bromberg suggested to install dog bag dispensers throughout the neighborhood to assist in the cleanup of dog poo.
