Fine Schedule
1) Failure to Receive ACC approval for new construction or improvements.
Non Approval for new homes, additions, fences, decks, pools, storage units, etc.
$4000.00 new home, $600 additions, etc, $80.00 fences, decks, etc. additional fines until corrected.
2) Property Maintenance- General clutter, house in disrepair, unkept property, brush, limbs, yard not maintained, garbage or trash.
$100, additional fine monthly until corrected
3) Pets- loose dogs- not leashed, or not fenced.
$100, and continue with each additional offense
4) Animals, Livestock and Poultry- No animals (with exception of common household pets), livestock or poultry and other prohibited animals
$100, additional fine monthly until corrected
5) Trailers, Motor Vehicles, Boats
Disabled vehicles, vehicles without current tags, trailers and boats not stored behind the front of the house, or for a corner lot, behind the building line facing the street (as per your section deed restrictions).
$100 to $300, additional fine monthly until corrected
6) Business/Commercial Use- work from the home that creates additional traffic, noise.
$300, additional fine monthly until corrected
7) Fires- unattended, burning after dark, or when Burn Ban is on.

8) Variance Non-Approval / Encroachment $500.00
