Congratulations to Joan Neal of 19 Presidio in Eagle Rock for being August’s WPOA Yard of the Month. This yard has been nominated by several people over the years and we finally caught up with Joan to give her the award! We wished the Crepe Myrtles would have been in full bloom fir the photo, but the yard is gorgeous regardless.
