Board of Directors’ Monthly Meeting
November 18, 2015, 7 pm

Call to Order
Pledge to Flag
Discussion and action to approve Agenda. Motion by Sweeton/2nd by
Fountain. Fountain moved to include October Minutes on Agenda. 2nd by
Sweeton.
Discussion and action to approve Minutes for October and November,
2015. Minutes approved.
President’s Report: No new items.
Committee Reports:
Roads – 2 repairs done.
Treasurer Report: (Fountain) Internal audits completed for April-
October, 2015. Going forward will be internal audits for January and
February and quarterly after those are completed.
Amend minutes from General Membership Meeting to reflect that
Sweeton, Scudder, Ray as Board members for 3 years beginning in
January, 2016.
Schedule for 2016:
Quarterly Homeowner meetings with be set on the 3rd Saturday of end
of quarter except for April.
Board meetings will be the 3rd Wednesday of the month in 2016.
December Board meeting will set aside time to review budget.
Dumpster Day will continue twice annually without the food. Garage
Sale will be continued as a Trail Sale.
Meeting went into Executive Session at 7:33. Out of Executive
Session at 7:53. No Actions.
Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
