Approval of Proposed Agenda: Scudder moved to add approval of January 17, 2015 minutes to the agenda. Lowry seconded. Passed.
Motion made by Jones and seconded by Sweeton to accepted minutes of January 17. Passed.
Noted that no quorum was present for April 11, 2015, meeting. Therefore no minutes to approve.
Treasurer’s Report (Fountain)
Motion made by Crook and seconded by Sweeton to accept Treasurer’s report. Passed.
General Discussion about proposed new By-Laws (Scudder)
General Discussion about upcoming Garage Sale (Welsh) Board answered questions and gave details.

DuAnne publicly thanked Angel Laughlin for her years of service for our website.
Baumgarten showed the new site, its versatility, and ease of use.
With the new site, we can more easily integrate our newsletter with new Facebook page and the website.
