WOODCREEK PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

                                Monthly Board Meeting

Wednesday,  August 19, 2015, 7:00 P.M.

MINUTES

President Scudder called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

Attendees:  Judy Fountain, Emory Jones, Matt Lowry, DuAnne Redus, Chris Scudder

Absent:  Kemp Bromberg, Charles Crook, Victoria Welsh

Approval of Agenda was motioned by Lowry; seconded by Jones. Passed.

Fountain motioned to approve minutes from July 15 , 2015. Lowry seconded. Passed by consensus.

1. President Report (Scudder) President reminded Board to form nominations committee. Current By-Laws require out-going Board member to chair committee.  It was suggested that Lisa Czarneki be invited to be on the committee.
2. Discussion and possible action to form an Events Committee. Judy led discussion to have a small team who could support and plan events on an annual basis. Emory Jones agreed to be on committee. Suggested to invite Debbie Baumgarten. Scudder motioned to form Event Committee. Seconded by Lowry.  
3. Discussion and possible action regarding office printers. Fountain presented information recommending we keep current printers. Board was in agreement.
4. Discussion and possible action to move General Meetings back to community center to simplify set up, etc. Judy reported that Community Center is not available for November meeting, and suggested Chappel in the Hills. Scudder moved to schedule all General Meetings back to Community Center beginning in January, 2016. Redus seconded.

Committee Reports:

1. Roads – postponed till next meeting.
2. Treasurer Report (Fountain) Judy presented current financial                                          reports. She will set up time for Donna’s annual review.
3. Parks Report (Jones) Parks clean up day, Sept. 19^th. It was discussed and agreed that some right-of-way mowing is needed. Board agreed.
4. Newsletter (Redus) -August newsletter out. New web and Facebook page. Please ‘like’ our page.

        .   5. Board recessed to Executive Session at 7:42.

Scudder summarized Executive Session was to review some ACC needed actions and personnel items.

Meeting adjourned at 7:55 with motion by Fountain and second by Jones. Passed.
