Call to Order
Pledge to Flag
Discussion and action to approve Agenda. Motion by Matt/2nd by Fountain to accept agenda with change of moving Board elections to January 20th Board meeting. Commitee Chairs need to turn in budgets needed. Discussion and action to approve Minutes for November 18th. Dottie moved to accept; Emory seconded. Passed. Next General Meeting is scheduled for January 23, 2016.
President’s Report: Review budget items needed for 2016.
Committee Reports:
- Roads – Scudder reported road repairs on Acacia and the cul-de-sac in Section 8, and funds approved for E. Valley Spring bridge repair. ($6900).
- Treasurer Report: (Fountain) Walked us through suggested updates for new budget.
- Parks – Emory has playscape. Bromberg cleared debris from old landscape. Discussion about adding covered pavillion, skateboard area and basketball courts. Emory to proceed with a plan.
- ACC – Dottie gave report.
- Newsletter – DuAnne will combine Nov/Dec news. Big progress reported from Time-Warner petition with push by Bromberg and Baumgarten.
