Presentation of Security Bid (cameras) for entrances at Woodacre and Pleasant Valley. (Scudder)
Security Cameras to cover 3 entrances (2325,Jacobs Well an Eagle Rock) Time Warner $2500.00 per camera, Satellite $5000.00,also $200.00 or less per month monitoring fee,a possibility that Wimberley Springs may contribute a portion.Will continue to gather information and bids.No written proposal at this time.
Treasurer Report (Sweeton) Internal audits completed for 2015.Seeking bids for external audits.
Discussion and possible action to build a pavilion at Morrow Park.

Making progress with road repairs in 2016. Crazy Cross & Valley Springs bridges repaired, Deer Ridge & Redwood to be repaired,clearing right-of-way in Eagle Rock,sides of some roads repaired in Sec.8.Hoping county will step in next year.
